水环境中多种磺胺类抗生素残留的HPLC同步检测

Simultaneous Determination of Sulfonamides Residues in Water Environment by HPLC

摘要:

建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法(SPE-HPLC)同步检测水环境中9种磺胺类抗生素残留的分析方法.选用Oasis HLB固相萃取小柱,研究不同pH值、洗脱溶剂、洗脱体积对萃取效果的影响;乙腈和0.1%(体积分数)甲酸水溶液作为流动相,采用梯度洗脱方法,检测波长268nm.结果表明,9种磺胺类抗生素的仪器检出限为64.9~300μg/L,仪器的稳定性和准确度均较好,在纯水、自来水、污水及污水处理厂出水中磺胺类抗生素的回收率分别为13.6%~93.7%,22.4%~87.4%,未检出~60.1%和未检出~63.9%,除磺胺脒外,回收率基本都大于50%.

Abstract:

An analytical method to simultaneously determinate nine kinds of sulfonamide residues in water environment by SPE-HPLC was established.We selected the Oasis HLB solid phase extraction column to research the effects of different pH values,elution solvents,and elution volume on extraction abilities.The mobile phase was composed of acetronitrile and 0.1 % formic acid(gradient elution) with a detection wavelength of 268 nm.The results indicated that the instrument detection limit of nine kinds of sulfonamides from 64.9 to 300 μg/L,which revealed the stability and accuracy of the instrument.The recoveries of sulfonamides from pure water,tap water,sewage and sewage effluents were 13.6 %~93.7 %,22.4 %~87.4 %,n.d.~60.1 % and n.d.~63.9 %(n.d.=not detected) respectively.All the recoveries were greater than 50 % except sulphaguanidine.
