摘要/Abstract
摘要:
通过滴加方式、反应物配比和反应温度的调控,研究了二氧化硅微球的合成条件.正硅酸已酯(TEOS)和乙醇(C2H5OH)的混合液采用分步匀速滴加合成的二氧化硅微球的单分散性和球形度较理想;当V(TEOS)∶V(NH4OH)=1∶1时,球的单分散性和窄分布较好;反应温度为35℃时,生成的微球单分散性最好;适宜的反应时间为30min.
Abstract:
The synthesis conditions of silica microsphere were studied.By adding tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) and ethanol into the catalytic solution uniformly,the monodispersity and spherical degree of the achieved silica microspheres are ideal.When V(TEOS)∶V(NH4OH) is 1∶1,the silica microsphere monodispersity is better and the diameter distribution is narrower.When the reaction temperature is 35 ℃,the generated silica microspheres monodispersity is the best.The suitable synthetized time is 30 min.
