Calculation on the Band Structures of 2D Magnonic Crystals Consisting of Elliptic Cylinders

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

采用平面波展开法,数值计算了由Fe椭圆柱正方排列在EuO基底材料中构成二维椭圆柱散射体磁振子晶体的带结构.数值计算结果表明,通过旋转椭圆柱可以有效地拓宽自旋波带隙,实现自旋波带隙的优化.

Abstract:

The band structures of two-dimensional magnonic crystals composed of Fe elliptic rods squarely arranged in a EuO matrix are numerically calculated using the plane wave expansion method.The numerical results show that it is possible to increase the width of the band gaps by rotating the elliptic rods.Optimization of the band gap is realized.
