Phase Transformation and Infrared Absorbency Properties of TiO2/SiO2

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

以溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2/SiO2复合粉体,用XRD,AFM,IR等方法进行了表征,研究了纳米TiO2/SiO2复合材料的晶型转变温度变化和红外吸收性能.结果表明,所制备的纳米TiO2/SiO2复合材料与单一组分的纳米TiO2,SiO2相比,晶型转变温度有提高的趋势,并且该复合材料在1 700~400 cm-1范围内有较强的红外吸收.

Abstract:

Nano TiO2/SiO2 composites were prepared by using sol-gel method.The phase transformation temperature and infrared absorbency propertied of TiO2/SiO2 composites were studied with XRD,AFM and IR transmission spectra.Experimental results showed that the phase transformation temperature of TiO2 was in- creased with adding SiO2.Also,the infrared absorbency property of TiO2/SiO2 were greatly enhanced in the wave bands of 1 700~400 cm-1,and influenced by contents of SiO2.
