Application Advancement of Residue Analysis of Pesticides in Plant Origin Food by Accelerated solvent Extraction

摘要:

加速溶剂萃取(ASE)已经成为一种常用绿色分离技术, 能够在多种植物中萃取出不同种类的残留农药. 讨论了ASE的萃取原理和温度、压力、溶剂种类与组成、分散剂与改进剂、样品基质组成和萃取模式对萃取效率的影响. 综合评述了ASE在植物源食品农药残留分析中的应用进展.

Abstract:

As a new green extraction technique accelerated solvent extraction(AsE)can extract different classes of pesticide residues which exist in numerous kinds of plant origin foods. This review discussed the extraction principle and the effect of different factors on AsE efficiency, including temperature, pressure type and composition of solvent, dispersant and modifier, matrix composition and extraction mode. The application advancement of AsE in residure analysis of pesticides in plant origin foods was reviewed.
