膜振动过滤的理论研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

针对膜过滤过程中膜阻塞造成的膜过滤速率下降和膜寿命缩短问题, 提出了一种新的膜过滤形式—膜振动过滤. 分别对膜振动过滤和无振动膜过滤的过滤速率表达式进行了研究, 提出了临界粒径的概念; 从理论上证明膜振动过滤在过滤速率上的显著优越性, 得出操作压力、振动频率、振幅在理论上对膜振动过滤的影响. 为膜振动过滤在工业生产中的应用提供了重要依据.

Abstract:

In view of the problem which membrane contaminated lead to flux rate decline and the life used be shorten in the course of filtration, this paper brought forward the brand-new form of the membrane librated filtration. This paper also researched on the theory of membrane librated filtration. It researched the difference for the expression of flux rate with or without the librated of the form of filtration, proposed the notion of critical pathway. The result proved the superiority of the membrane librated filtration. The flux rate was affected by the pressure, the librated swing and librated frequency in theory. The paper provided important due for appling membrane librated filtration in industry production in the future.
