Effects of Hepcidin-FPN1 Axis on the Regulation of Iron Metabolism in Hypoxia and Exercise

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

维持机体铁稳态对保持细胞正常的生理功能有重要作用.许多因素影响机体的铁代谢,如低氧、运动、饮食等.由于长时间大强度运动往往会导致机体出现运动性铁缺乏,从而影响运动能力及健康,因此,运动与铁代谢的关系一直备受关注.低氧可以促进红细胞的生成,调节铁调素(Hepcidin)的基因表达,膜铁转运蛋白1(FPN1)随着Hepcidin的增加而减少,Hepcidin-FPN1调控机体铁离子的平衡,进而影响铁稳态.概述了Hepcidin-FPN1调控通路在低氧和运动中对铁代谢的调控作用.

Abstract:

  To maintain the iron steady state of the body plays an important role for keeping the cell normal physiological function.Many factors can affect iron metabolism,such as diet,hypoxia,exercise and so on.Since exercise may lead to iron losses to affect traffic ability and health.In exercise and particularly endurance disciplines,iron metabolism and its control is always a concern for scientific researcher.Hypoxia can elevate elytroid activity,and the regulation of Hepcidin expression.At the same time,ferroportin1(FPN1)expression decrease.Hepcidin-FPN1 axis control and regulate the body iron homeostasis.This paper summarised the Hepcidin-FPN1 axis on the regulations of iron metabolism in hypoxia and exercise.
