Genomic DNA Polymorphism Analysis of Industrial Penicillin-producing Penicillium chrysogenum Strains Using RAPD

摘要：
为寻找高产菌株的分子标记,尝试利用RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA)技术,对青霉素生产菌株进行基因组多态性分析,分别以9株不同产量的产黄青霉菌基因组DNA为模版,筛选引物23条,并且对一条高产菌株特异条带进行了克隆与杂交验证.
Abstract：
In order to find the molecular markers of the industrial penicillin over-producing strains,RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA)technique was used with 23arbitrary primers to analyze the genomic DNA polymorphisms of 9 Penicillium chrysogenum strains with different productivity.A highpenicillin-producing-related polymorphic DNA segment was cloned and verified by Southern blot.
