Preparation and Characterization of Nanosized MnFe2O4 Particles and Its Adsorption for Cr(Ⅵ)

摘要:

以无定形的δ-FeOOH为前驱物,利用沸腾回流法制备了纳米级铁酸锰粉体.利用TEM,XRD及VSM等手段对产物的形貌、谱学性质、磁学性质进行了研究.结果表明:该方法制备的铁酸锰为球形颗粒,粒径为30~60nm,具有较强的磁性,该纳米铁酸锰对水中6价铬有较好的吸附作用,可通过磁分离处理含铬废水.

Abstract:

  Nanosized MnFe2O4 particles were prepared by using amorphousδ-FeOOH as a precursor.Structure and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated by XRD,TEM and VSM.It is found that the size of as-prepared manganese ferrite particles varies from 30 to 60nm.The as-prepared manganese ferrite particles have selective adsorption for Cr(Ⅵ)ions in wastewater.Based on the strong magnetism,the manganese ferrite particles adsorbed Cr(Ⅵ)ions can be easily separated from the solution.
