Analyzing on Shielding Effectiveness of Enclosures with Ventilation Aperture Arrays Base on the Microwave Effect

摘要:

基于单孔屏蔽效能理论,推导出圆孔阵和方孔阵在总面积相等时孔的大小和形状对屏蔽效能的影响,以及电磁波频率、孔缝数目、箱体厚度等参数和屏蔽效能的关系.通过仿真分析了屏蔽箱体散热孔阵在0~10GHz时的屏蔽效能,比较了各种孔阵的屏蔽效果,同时给出了箱体内的电场强度云图,分析了电磁场通过孔缝时的衍射效应对屏蔽区域内场分布的影响.结果表明:当散热孔阵总面积相同且孔的有效孔径远大于干扰电磁波波长时,孔阵数目越大,对高频电磁干扰的屏蔽效能越好,且孔的形状对屏蔽效能影响的区别越明显.

Abstract:

Derivation is presented for the relation between the shielding effectiveness and the size and shape of the holes,the frequency of interrupt electromagnetic waves,the number of apertures and the thickness of the enclosure while the area of the circle and that of rectangle aperture arrays are the same based on the theory of shielding effectiveness of a single hole.By simulated analyzing the shielding effectiveness kinds of aperture arrays in the range of 0 to 10GHz,the contour plots of the electric field intensity in the box was given.The distribution of electric field intensity in the shielding zone influenced by the diffraction was investigated.Results show that when the area is of ventilation aperture arrays constant and the size of the effective aperture is larger than that of interfering electromagnetic wavelength,the larger number of holes are the better shielding effectiveness for the high frequency electromagnetic waves is the arrays feature.
