Determination of Methyl Salicylate in Gaultheriae Radix by Fluorimetric Method
摘要/Abstract
提出了一种测定中药透骨香中水杨酸甲酯含量的荧光分析方法.本法基于水杨酸甲酯在0.02mol/LNaOH溶液中,70℃水浴加热20min,可以发生水解反应,生成具有荧光的水杨酸.水解产物的最大激发波长和发射波长分别为295nm和405nm.在0.484～6.297μmol/L内,水杨酸甲酯水解产物的荧光强度与浓度呈线性关系.利用本法测得透骨香样品中水杨酸甲酯的含量为0.262%.
A fluorimetric method for determination of methyl salicylate in Chinese herbal medicine gaultheriae radix(touguxiang in Chinese) was proposed.The method was based on a hydrolysis reaction of methyl salicylate in 0.02 mol/L NaOH solution,placed in a 70 ℃ thermostatic waterbath for 20 min,to form fluorescent salicylic acid.The maximum excitation wavelength and emission wavelength of the hydrolysis product were 295 nm and 405 nm,respectively.A linear calibration curve covered the concentration range 0.484-6.297 μmol/L.Using this method,the content of methyl salicylate in a touguxiang sample was determined to be 0.262 %.
