Preliminary Survey on Cave Fauna of Midwestern Mulun Nature Reserve,Guangxi,China
摘要/Abstract
洞穴生物是生物多样性的重要组成部分.为了开展木论自然保护区洞穴生物多样性评估及保护工作,2011年6~8月,采用直接采样的方法,对保护区中西部已知14个洞穴的动物进行了调查.调查共采得洞穴动物59种,隶属于13纲25目37科,包括真洞穴生物、喜洞穴生物和偶洞穴生物3大类群.木论洞穴生物多样性非常丰富,但面临严重的威胁,急需制定保护措施,进一步加强调查研究,减少人为活动.
Cave fauna is an important component of biodiversity.In order to evaluate the cave biodiver-sity and conservation of Mulun National Nature Reserve,we conducted cave biodiversity survey from Junethrough August in 2011.Specimen collection was made by hand（using forceps,aspirator and brushes）di-rectly.The collected specimens were preserved in 96%alcohol before identification in laboratory.In total we surveyed all 14known caves in western and central part of the reserve.We collected 786cave animalspecimens,which belonged to 59species from 13classes,25orders,and 37families.The cave fauna includedtroglobite,troglophile and trogloxene.Cave animals were abundant in Mulun,however,they are severelythreatened.In order to effectively protect the cave biodiversity abundance,we need to strengthen basic re- search and avoid human disturbance.
