核磁共振对表面活性剂混合胶束的探究

NMR Method for the Study of Mixed Surfactant Micelle

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

综述了近几年核磁共振技术(NMR)对表面活性剂混合胶束的形成和性质的研究.NMR参数提供了如下信息:化学位移的变化显示胶束的形状;扩散系数的大小判断胶束的尺寸;弛豫测量(T2/T1)提供胶束的动态信息,其中T1提供胶束粘度信息,T2表征混合胶束是否形成以及相互作用的产生;二维NOESY,ROESY,HOESY实验技术显示混合胶束间的相互作用及其混合胶束间的距离和立体结构.

Abstract:

NMR technology is effective to determine the formation of micelles and study their properties in mixed systems of surfactants.The chemical shift changes show the micellar shape, and the self diffusion coefficients indicate the micellar size.The relaxation time(T2/T1)gives dynamic information, relaxation time T1 gives information of the micellar viscosity;relaxation time T2 can identify the micellar's formation.Two dimentional NOESY, ROESY, HONESY show the interactions and distances between the surfactants inside the micelles.
