On the economic disparities between the coastal and inland regions in Hebei province
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
河北省沿海与内陆经济发展差距明显,且呈继续扩大趋势。造成这一现象的原因是双方在经济基础、区位、人口素质与思想观念、政策等多方面存在差异;要实现沿海与内陆经济协调发展,应采取如下政策:建设沿海经济隆起带;培育内地增长极;实施非平衡战略,适度调整河北的海洋经济战略;加大产业结构和经济结构调整力度,深化地域分工等等。
Abstract：
This paper uses varying coefficients and factorization methods to study the disparities between the coastal and inland regions in Hebei province.On basis of the analysis,the paper puts forward proposals of the ecomomy-coordinated development.
