The Present Situation of the Research of Cardiac Overload and Cardiac Damage

摘要：
心脏过度负荷是运动性疾病中的常见病和多发病.许多研究者运用组织学观察和生物化学等多种方法,从心肌超微结构、心肌舒缩性能等方面研究心脏过度负荷对心脏产生的损伤.通过对这些方面进行归纳总结,探讨了心脏过度负荷引起心脏损伤的因素及其机制
Abstract：
Cardiac overload is a common exercise disease. In present,a lot of researchs use variousways to study the cardiac damage which caused by cardiac overload from cardiac ultra structure, dias-tolic function, contract founction of cardiac muscle etc. The main result from those aspects is summer-ized, the factors and the mechanism of cardiac damage which caused by cardiac overload are dis-cussed.
