大鼠生精小管组织结构增龄变化的研究

Study on the Tissue Structure Changes of the Seminiferous Tubules in the Testis of the Rat with Aging
摘要/Abstract
比较观察了从出生到生后12月龄大鼠睾丸生精小管在生长发育过程中组织结构的变化,结果发现:1.生精小管平均横切面面积从出生到生后6月龄迅速增大,从生后10月龄到生后12月龄生精小管平均横切面面积逐渐减小;2.生精小管平均横切单位面积内精原细胞数量从出生到生后6月龄迅速减少,从生后10月龄到生后12月龄略有增加
Tissue structure changes of the seminiferous tubules from birth to 12 months after birth are comparatively researched in the article. T he results show that: 1. T he average area of cross section in the seminiferous tubules has increased from birth to 6 months after birth,while it has decreased from 10 months to 12 months after birth; 2. T he average quantity of spermatogonia per unit area in cross section of seminiferous tubules has decreased from birth to 6 months after birth, while it has in- creased from 10 months to 12 months after birth.
