Thermogravimetry Study of the Lifetime of Azithromycin
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
用等温热重(TG)技术研究了阿奇霉素的热寿命,得到了失重为5%,7%和10%的寿命方程.同时用Kinssinger法计算了第二步热分解反应的活化能为126.4kJ/mol
Abstract：
The lifetime of azithromycin was studied by isothermal thermogravimetry( TG) method.The lifetime equations at various weightloss ratio of 5% , 7% and 10% were deduced as lgf =2083. 96/T- 4. 1299, lgf = 4588. 797/T- 8. 9821 and lgf = 5074. 97/T - 9. 7668, respectively. Theactivation energy of thermal decomposition reaction in the second step obtained by using the method ofKinssinger is 126. 43kJ/mol.
