Synthesis of Li 3- 2x Zn x PO 4 by Citrate Sol-Gel Method and Its Ionic Conductivity

摘要:

采用柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法制备了组成为Li3-2xZnxPO4(x=0.1~0.5)的固体粉末和烧结体,对其相结构的研究结果表明,当x=0.1~0.4时,烧结体是由γ-Li3PO4和α-Li4Zn(PO4)2两相构成的混合相,而x=0.5时,烧结体的相组成为α-Li4Zn(PO4)2单相,用这种合成方法得到样品的合成温度较传统的固相合成降低了约400℃.用交流阻抗技术测定了烧结体的导电性,随着组成的不同,样品显示出不同程度的导电性,当x=0.5、相结构为α-Li4Zn(PO4)2时,样品具有最高的导电性,25℃时σ=1.66μS/c

Abstract:

The samples of Li3- 2x Zn x PO4 (x= 0. 1 ~ 0. 5) were prepared by citrate sol-gel method.The results determined on structure showed that they wereT-Li4Zn(PO4)2+ VⅡ -Li3PO4(x= 0. 1 ~ 0. 4)mixedphase andα -Li4Zn( PO4)2(x= 0. 5) single phase in this system, formation temperatures of thesamples was much lower then those prepared by solid state reaction. Ionic conductivity of the sinterswas measured by ac impedance spectrum,in which the sample ofT -Li4Zn( PO4)2had a high Li cationicconductivity of 1. 66μ S /cm at 25 ℃ .
