在统计观点指引下，首先建起中性统计流中概念和定义的统计表述，其次研讨了中性流输运过程的统计机制和表述。
Abstract：
Under the guidance of statistical point of view, this paper have established the statistical representation of definition and concept in statistical neuafluid, explored statistic mechanism and representation to transit procees of neufluid.
