摘要：
在高师体育系田径普修课直道跨栏跑的技术教学中，以跨栏步两腿用力的时空规格为教学重点来带动其他技术的学习，教学实验体现出这一教学方法的优越性。
Abstract：
Takes the two legs' fixed pose at def inite time of hurdle step as the teaching stress to drive the study of other technique at track and field generally elective course in the Physical Education Department of Normal University.The good teaching ef fect has been achieved through teaching experiment.
