Development and Application of Chitin/chitosan and Its Derivatives
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
对甲壳素/壳聚糖及其衍生物在食品工业、化妆品、医药等方面的应用情况进行了综述.在食品工业中,甲壳素/壳聚糖及其衍生物可作为食品及蔬菜水果的保鲜剂、饮料的澄清剂,并对人体有保健作用;添加于化妆品中,它具有保湿、透气、消除毒素、防紫外线等作用;用于医药中,它有降血脂、血糖、血压,治疗缺血性贫血等功能。
Abstract：
It was reviewed that the usage of chitin/chitosan and its derivatives in food industry,cosmetics and medicines. In food industry,chitin/chitosan and its derivatives are the fresh keeper offoods,vegetables and fruities,clarifier of beverages,and have health care function for people; appendedin cosmetics,it can keep wet,breathe freely,clear up toxin and defend ultraviolet radiation et al; in medicine,it can drop blood fat,blood suger,blood pressure and can cure lack courage and uprightness anemia,et al
