Study on the Synthesis of Butyl Isobutyrate Catalyzed by Amidosulphonic Acid
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
以氨磺酸为催化剂催化合成了异丁酸丁酯 ,确定了酯化优化条件 .实验结果表明 ,醇酸摩尔比为 1 .8,异丁酸用量为 0 .2 mol的情况下 ,催化剂用量 1 .0 g,带水剂甲苯 1 5m L,反应时间 2 .0 h,反应温度为 1 0 7～ 1 1 6℃是最佳反应条件 ,酸的酯化率达到 97.5% .
Abstract：
A method of synthesis of butyl isobutyrate catalyzed by amidosulphonic acid has beenstudied. The results show that the appropriate conditions should be: weight of catalyst is 1. 0g, molarratio of n-butanol to isobutyric acid is 1. 8, the taking water reagent( toluene)is 15mL ( when isobutyricacid is 0. 2mol) , the reaction time is 2. 0h, the reaction temperature is 107 ～ 116 ℃. The yield of butylisobutyrate is about 97. 5 %
