Dual-phase Nanocrystalline Isotropy Bonded Magnets was Ameliorated by Preparation Technology for Influence of Coercivity
摘要/Abstract
摘要:
对影响各向同性双相纳米晶 Nd4.5 Fe76 .5 - x Gax Co1 .0 B1 8粘结磁体矫顽力的工艺条件进行了研究 ,给出了矫顽力随晶化温度以及 Ga含量变化的关系 ,发现当晶化温度从 660℃增加到 72 0℃时 ,矫顽力的峰值先上升 ,达到一个最大值 ,然后下降 ,690℃晶化的效果最好 ,最高矫顽力达到 34 3k A/ m.
Abstract:
The effect of technological condition on coercivity of Dual-phase nanocrystalline Nd4. 5Fe76. 5- x1Gax1Co0. 1 B 18 isotropy bonded magnets is studied in detail, the dependence of coercivity oncrystallization temperature and Ga content is showed, with the increase of crystallization temperaturefrom 660℃ to 720℃ the peak value of coercive force Hcj increases at first, then reaches the maximum atabout 690℃ and finally decreases, the value of ( Hcj)max for optimum state can reach 343 kA/m.
