摘要：
根据疲劳产生的机制,对维生素消除运动性疲劳的国内外研究现状进行了分析,指出运动员补充维生素所存在的问题.
Abstract：
Analysis the present situations of eliminating motional fatigue by using vitamin, accord-ing to the mechanism of motional fatigue. It indicated the problems in supplying vitamin in athlates.
