The unity and harmony of ecological effects,social effects,economical benefits are the essential premise of the sustainable development. In this paper, the author analyses the superiority of region and tourist resources brought about by protection against the wind and control against the sand and by the afforest construction in Feng Ning, Gu Yuan, Zhang Bei of ZHANG—— CHENG and find out the practicable ways in the development of local economy.
