Catalytic Kinetic Determination of Trace Titanium of Human Hair
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
研究了在硝酸介质中,痕量Ti(Ⅳ)催化过氧化氢氧化甲基橙褪色的指示反应.研究了催化褪色反应的最佳条件,建立了测定痕量钛的新方法.方法的检出限为38ngTi(Ⅳ/L,测定范围0～32μgTi(Ⅳ)/L,用于测定人发中的痕量Ti(Ⅳ),获得了满意的结果.
Abstract：
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of titanium(Ⅳ) has been es-tablished,based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of methyl orange by hydrogen peroxide in nitrc medium. Beer 's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0 ～ 32μ gTi(Ⅳ) /L. The detection limit is 38 ng Ti(Ⅳ) /L. The determination of trace amounts of titanium in human hair with satisfactory re-sults.
