Spectrophotometric Determination of Salicylic Acid
摘要/Abstract
水杨酸与醋酸铜在pH为 5 .8～ 6.0时, 能迅速形成 1种稳定的黄绿色络合物, 此络合物在波长400nm处有最大吸收, ε为 201L/(cm· mol), 在 0.2～ 4.0 mg/m L范围内遵守比耳定律, 并能稳定 30h.在以水杨酸为原料电化学还原制备水杨醛的电解液中, 水杨醛和硼酸影响此络合物的吸光度, 但可以采用乙醚萃取的方法消除影响
The complexation of salicylic acid with copper （Ⅱ ）acetate can form a stable y ellowishcomplex at pH 5. 8～ 6. 0. The y ellowish green species has maximum absoptio n a t 400 nm w ith a mola rabso rptiv e of 201 L / （ cm· mol ） Beer 's law i s obeyed w hen the salicylicacid rang es 0. 2～ 4. 0mg /m Land the complex i s stable fo r 30h. Bo ric acid a nd salicyaldehyde may interfere in the determinatio n butthe interference f rom these can be remov ed by ex t ractio n w ith diethyl ether in the elect roly te of preparation of salicy la ldehy de by elect rochemical method.
