Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Urbanization———Take Shandong Province as an Example
摘要/Abstract
农村城镇化是我国实施城市化战略的重要组成部分.目前,农村城镇化存在发展滞后,与经济发展不适应;投资主体与投资方式落后,基础设施建设缓慢;产业结构雷同,城镇化和区域发展不平衡;建设管理体制不完善等问题.为此,应选择集聚型与扩散型城镇化相结合的发展模式,采取合理布局,有序发展;培植主导产业,重点发挥中心镇的功能;建立多元化投入机制,加大投入力度;建立完善政策保障机制等对策.
Rural Urbanization is an important component in carrying out the strategy of urbanization in China.At present the existing problems of rural urbanization are the folowing:developing backwards,unadaptation to the economic developing,backwardness of investment body and investment ways,slowness ofconst ruction in basic equipment,duplicate of industrial structures,and imperfection of construction management system.Therefore,the folowing countermeasures should be taken:the developing mode is the combination of gathering and scattering,the overall arrangement is proper,the developing is in order,the 1eading industry is fostered,the function of centraltowns is mainly working,the investment system is various,the number of investment is big and the ensured system of perfect policy is established.
