Research on Immature Embryo Culture of Maize
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
以 20个基因型的玉米自交系幼胚为材料,通过培养均获得愈伤组织.研究结果表明,基因型、培养基成分、胚的大小、光等均影响培养效果.
Abstract：
After 20 genotypes of immature embryo of maize were cultured,they had all obtained callus. The results of culture were effected by genotype, kind of medium,length of embryo and light.
