7种国产提灯藓科(Mniaceae)植物叶片的比较解剖学研究

A Comparative Anatomic Study on Seven Leaves of Species of Domestic Mniaceae

摘要:

通过对7种提灯藓科植物, 疣胞疣灯藓Trachycystismicrophyla(DozetMolk)Lindb, 平肋提灯藓Mniumlaevinerve Card, 偏叶提灯藓Mthomsonii Schimp, 皱叶匐灯藓Plagiomniumelipticum(Brid)Kop, 钝叶匐灯藓P rostratum(Schrad)Kop, 长尖匐灯藓P medium(BSG)Kop和尖叶匐灯藓P cuspidatum(Hedw)Kop的叶片横切观察表明:它们中肋的输导束(conductivestrand)和坚实细胞束(stereidband)的形态结构, 叶缘分化边的有、无等特征因属、种的不同而有明显差异, 可将它们作为属、种间的分类依据.上述特征在属间区别明显, 因此, 本文支持Koponen将它们分为3个属的观点

Abstract:

The author have studied the transsections of the leaves from seven species of Mniaceae: Trachycystis microphylla(Dozet Molk) Lindb, Mnium laevinerve Card, Mthomsonii Schimp, Plagiomnium ellipticum (Brid) Kop, P rostratum(Schrad) Kop, P medium(BSG) Kop, P cuspidatum (Hedw) Kop. The results show that the morphological structure of the conductive strand and the stereid band in the costa, the differentiated margins of the leaves differ distinctly in different genus and species, and it can be used as the characters to classify the geus and species. In different geus, these characters are different obviously, so this paper just agrees with Koponen's opinions on the three genus.
