摘要：
清河县城环境管理信息系统是基于地理信息系统(GIS)原理,结合清河县城的实际情况而设计的,简要介绍了该系统的设计背景、构建基础,较详细地介绍了该系统的文档管理、数据库管理、图件管理、辅助分析等功能.
Abstract：
The environment management information system of Qinghe county town basises on principle of GIS, combines with the real circumstances of Qinghe county town. This paper introduces the system' s design background,build foundations,and the management function of text,data bank,map,and the function of auxiliary analysis, etc.
