摘要：
分析了我国农村土地利用中存在的主要问题,并从基本农田保护、农用地质量评估体系、农地整理、土地税改革、土地制度改革等几个方面研究了解决措施,以实现农村土地的可持续发展.
Abstract：
The main problems of land use in Chinese rural areas were analyzed, and the countermeasures such as basic farmland protection,quality evaluation systainable development of rural land can be realized.
