叙述了国内外对传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)的基因组结构及转录过程;IBV的结构蛋白及生物学功能;IBV诊断的现代生物技术手段;IBV基因工程疫苗与免疫预防等.
Abstract：
The genomic and its transcription,structure protein and its biological character,molecular biological diagnosis and gene engineering vaccine of infectious bronchitis virus were sumarized.
