Cloning and Expression of Alkaline Lipase Gene from Peniciuium cyclopium Mutant
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
圆弧青霉(Peniciuiumcyclopium)突变株可产生一种具有工业价值的碱性脂肪酶(alkalinelipase,PEL),通过RT PCR基因克隆及序列测定,获得了PEL完整的基因序列.该基因全长855bp,编码1个由285个氨基酸残基组成的酶蛋白.根据氨基酸组成推导该脂肪酶蛋白的分子量约为30kD.
Abstract：
Peniciuium cyclopium mutant could produce an alkaline lipase (PEL) with industrially value.A 1050bp PEL gene was amplified by RT-PCR and other methods of molecular biology,and analysis of the nucleotide sequence indicated that the PEL gene contained a complete open reading frame encoding a protein of 285 amino acid residues.The expressed PEL molecular weight of mature peptide is 30kD
