Ligand-exchange Chromatography Stationary Phase for Chiral Resolution in High Performance Liquid

摘要：
综述了高效液相色谱配体交换色谱手性固定相的发展、制备及其在手性拆分中的应用,讨论了洗速、进样量、中心金属离子及其浓度、流动相pH值、柱温、有机改性剂等对对映体分离的影响,阐述了对手性识别机理的认识.
Abstract：
Developments of liquid chromatographic ligand exchange chiral stationary phases for the direct separation enantiomers in high performance liquid chromatography are reviewed.Factors affecting enantiomeric resolution including flow-rate,sample size,metal ions,concentration of metal/complex,eluent pH,column temperature,organic modifier are discussed.The views on the chiral recognition mechanism are also introduced.
