The Discussion and Analysis of the Milligen Oil Droplet Experiment

摘要：
通过计算研究了密立根油滴运动的具体物理过程,给出了动态法测量油滴电量的动力学条件,为实验测量提供了更加合理的方法和确定参数的依据.
Abstract：
The specific physics progress of the Milligen oil droplet movement is studied by calculation.The experimental conditions of measuring the electric quantity of the oil droplet with moving state method are also presented.This will provide the more reasonable methods and basis for the measure in experiment.
