低温下铁氧体掺杂锰氧化物的磁电阻增强效应

The Enhancement of Magnetoresistance in Manganite La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 Doped with Ferrite at Low Temperature

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

采用溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米钙钛矿锰氧化物La0.7Sr0.3MnO3,并同一定量的软磁铁氧体材料制备了复合体.用XRD对复合体系进行了测定,发现在经高温退火后,2种物质仍保持各自结构,两者之间没有发生反应;在200K左右的低温下,体系磁电阻有增强效应.

Abstract:

La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 polycrystalline nanometer powders are prepared by sol-gel method,then doped with soft ferrite.The phase structure and crystal size were presented by X ray diffractometer.The two powders La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 and (Ni,Zn)Fe2O4 keep in their structure and ingredient respectively after being high temperature annealed,and there is no new phase engender.An enhancement of the magnetoresistance response was founded in the region of 180~220K.
