Study on the Characteristics of Candied Dates’ Convectional Drying Mass Transfer
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
分析了影响蜜枣传质特性的因素.对蜜枣在间歇干燥过程中间歇前后的干燥速率进行了对比,得出了蜜枣对流干燥的最佳工况,建立了蜜枣干燥的数学模型,其模型与试验结果吻合较好.
Abstract：
The factors which affect candied dates' mass transfer with foundation in experiments have been analyzed.By comparing the candied dates' before-intermittence with after-intermittence drying rates in the process of intermittent drying.The optimum operation of candied dates' convectional drying and established the mathematical model of it have been found out.The mathematical model and the experiment result comply well with each other.
