含苯并咪唑席夫碱的Cd(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、表征、荧光和抑菌性质

Synthesis,Characterization,Fluorescence Property and Antibacterial Activity of Cd(Ⅱ) Complexes Containing Schiff Base Ligands with Benzimidazole Ring

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

合成了水杨醛缩2-氨乙基苯并咪唑(HL1)和5-氯水杨醛缩2-氨乙基苯并咪唑(HL2)2个席夫碱配体及其4个新型Cd (Ⅱ)配合物,通过元素分析、IR和UV-vis对配合物进行了表征,确定了其组成.对配体和配合物的荧光性质做了研究,结果表明配合物的荧光强度与配体相比有明显增强,可作为潜在的发光材料.对配体和配合物的抑菌性质研究的结果表明,配体及其配合物对革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌和革兰氏阳性菌大肠杆菌均显示中等到较强的抑菌活性,与配合物12相比,配合物3中引入氯离子作为辅助配体或配合物4中配体苯环中引入吸电子取代基均可以提高抑菌活性.

Abstract:

In this paper two benzimidazole Schiff bases,N-(benzimidazol-2-ylethyl) salieylideneimine (HL1) and N-(bellzimidazol-2-ylethyl)-5-chloro-salicylideneimine(HL2) had been synthesized.Four Cd(Ⅱ) complexes containing ligands HL1 and HL2 had been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses,IR and UV spectra,and their compositions were defined.Furthermore,these complexes had been investigated by fluorescence spectra,and the results showed that the complexes could be used as potential optical materials.The bioactivity studies showed that the two Schiff base ligands and their complexes have different antibacterial activities against both S.aureus (Gram-positive) and E.coli (Gram-negative) bacteria.By introducing the chlorine as the co-ligand in complex 3 or the salicylaldehyde part in complex 4,the antibacterial activity of complexes 3 and 4 increase to a varied extent than that of complexes 1 and 2.
