Study on Catalytic Activity of Nano-sized SO42-/TiO2 Solid Super Acid

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

利用不同晶型、不同粒径的纳米TiO2制备了纳米级SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸,研究了硫酸浓度和焙烧温度对纳米级SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸催化活性的影响.反应的最佳条件是:使用锐钛型TiO2,用1.00mol/L硫酸浸泡,450℃焙烧.反应酯化率达到98.4%.

Abstract:

The nano-sized SO42-/TiO2 solid super acid was prepared by nano-titania of different crystal type and different size.The effect of sulphuric acid concentration and calcining temperature on catalytic activity of the nano-sized SO42-/TiO2 for esterification of acetic and n-butanol were studied.As a result,the optimum preparation conditions of the nano-sized SO42-/TiO2 solid super acid were:anatase nano-titania,1.00 mol/L of H2SO4 concentration and baking temperature at 450℃.Under such conditions,the conversion rate of acetic acid was 98.4% for the esterificational reaction of acetic acid and n-butanol.
