Extraction and Determination of Total Flavones Content in Hibiscus manihot Flower
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
用正交实验探讨菜芙蓉花总黄酮的最佳提取条件.研究结果表明:在70℃条件下,800 mL/L乙醇,提取时间为0.5 h,液料比为40 mL/g,菜芙蓉花总黄酮提取效果最好,分光光度法测总黄酮的含量为5.63%.
Abstract：
The optimum extracting conditions of total flavones in Hibiscus manihot flower were investigated by using the orthogonal design.The results showed that 70℃,40 mL/g of 800 mL/L ethanol to Hibiscus manihot flower weight ratio,extraction for 0.5 h was optimal.The total flavones content determined by spectrophotometry was 5.63%.
