Desease-controlling and Fermentation-optimizing of Tobacco Endophytic Bacteria Atp-oe
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
筛选获得的烟草内生细菌Atp-oe在温室试验中对烟草黑胫病的防效可达69.23%.通过对烟草内生细菌Atp-oe发酵动力学的研究,拟合出了细菌生长曲线模型,得到最佳优化发酵参数.
Abstract：
Endophytic bacteria Atp-oe was isolated from tobacco plants,it could control tobacco black shank(Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae) well,the control efficiency of Atp-oe was 69.23% in greenhouse.Its fermentation course was studied,and the growth curve and the best experiment parameters were got through software SPSS 11.0,the optimized parameters were gotten.
