Study on Sealing Technology After Electroless Plating Nickel-phosphorus Coatings
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
对化学镀Ni-P合金镀层进行了镀后封闭处理的工艺研究,包括封闭剂的选择、封闭时间、温度、pH值等的确定.通过孔隙率的测定和中性盐雾实验,结果表明含5%K2Cr2O7的复合封闭剂在pH=5、温度50℃条件下具有较好的封闭作用,可显著提高化学镀Ni-P镀层的耐蚀性能.
Abstract：
Technology of seal-holes after electroless plating nickel-phosphorus coating was studied.It included the choices of the sealing-agents,sealing time,temperature,pH,etc.The experimental result of porosity and neutral salt-spray showed that the K2Cr2O7 complex sealing-agents,pH=5,t=50℃ was effective.The coating's abilities of corrosion resistance could be raised.
