Influence of In-plane Field on the Stability of Three Kinds of Hard Domains
摘要/Abstract
实验研究了直流偏场(Hb)下,面内场(Hip)对液相外延石榴石磁泡薄膜的硬磁畴壁中垂直布洛赫线(VBL)稳定性的影响.研究发现,室温时3类硬磁畴壁中VBLs的解体都存在一个临界面内场范围[Hi(p1),Hi(p2)],其中Hi(p1)是硬磁畴壁中VBL开始丢失时面内场,Hi(p2)是VBL完全丢失时的面内场Hip及Hip*为剩余率降至0时的Hip值.在相同的Hb下(Hi(p1))IID<(H(ip1))ID<(Hi(p1))OHB;(Hi(p2))IID=(Hi(p2))ID=(Hi(p2))OHB.在不同的Hb下,临界面内场Hi(p1)和Hip*以及范围[Hi(p1),Hi*p]都随着Hb的增加而减小或变窄.
The influence of in-plane field(H(1)ip) on stability of vertical Bloch lines(VBLs) in the walls of the hard domains at various bias fields(Hb) was studied.There exists some special in-plane fields,H(1)ip,H*ip and H(2)ip,of the VBLs annihilation in the walls of the hard domains.At the same Hb,(H(1)ip)IID(H(1)ip)ID(H(1)ip)OHB;(H(2)ip)IID=(H(2)ip)ID=(H(2)ip)OHB.Along with the increasing of Hb,the in-plane field range [H(1)ip,Hip] becomes narrow,and the in-plane field H(1)ip,Hip and H(2)ip all decrease.
