摘要：
当今武术散打竞赛规则仍是人们争论的焦点,笔者运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,从影响武术散打竞赛规则制定的相关因素入手,对制定有中国特色散打竞赛规则进行了分析,以期为散打竞赛规则的进一步发展提供帮助.
Abstract：
At present,Sanda competition rules are still the focus of argument.By the methods of data investigation,questionnaires,statistics and so on,the correlative factors that affect the constitution of Sanda competition rules are analyzed and rules with Chinese features are advocated in the hope of providing help for the development of Sanda competition rules.
