Effect Annealed Temperature on Magnetic Properties and Microstructures of C/CoCrPt/Ti Film

摘要:
在室温下,采用射频溅射模式和直流对靶溅射模式制备了C(60 nm)/CoCrPt(30 nm)/Ti(60 nm)系列薄膜.样品在高真空条件下进行30 min后退火,退火温度分别为RT(室温),300,500,600 ℃.研究表明,后退火处理对样品的微结构和磁特性有很大的影响.VSM测量结果显示,当ta=300 ℃时,垂直膜面矫顽力达到最大(131 kA/m);扫描探针显微镜(SPM)观察结果显示,样品的平均粒径最小为9.6 nm.
Abstract:
C/CoCrPt/Ti nonogranular films have been fabricated on glass substrates by DC and RF magnetron sputtering and subsequently annealed at RT,300,500,600 ℃.It has been found that the microstructures and magnetic properties of C/CoCrPt/Ti films depend strongly on the post-annealing temperature.VSM measurements indicate that the out-of-plane coercivity reaches the maximum 131 kA/m,SPM images show the minimum average grain size 〈D〉=9.6 nm just post-annealed at ta=300 ℃.
