碳钢-磷酸体系中聚天冬氨酸的缓蚀性能及协同缓蚀作用

Corrosion Inhibition Ability and Its Synergistic Effect of PASP on Carbon Steel in Phosphoric Acid Solution

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

采用电化学方法测试了质量分数为20%磷酸溶液中聚天冬氨酸(PASP)对碳钢的缓蚀性能和协同缓蚀效果,结果表明:在20℃下,缓蚀效率随PASP添加质量浓度的增加而迅速增加.当PASP质量浓度为1.0 g/L时,缓蚀率达到76.65%;当PASP与十二烷基硫酸钠各以0.25 g/L进行复配时,其缓蚀效率可达到78.66%,比单独使用时缓蚀效率明显增大,具有正协同效应.在实验体系中PASP是一种以抑制阳极为主的缓蚀剂.

Abstract:

By using potent iodynamic polarization method, the current study reveals the corrosion inhibition ability of polyaspartic acid(PASP) on carbon steel in 20% phosphoric acid solution. The results show that the inhibition efficiency of PASP increase sig nificantly at 20 e with the increasing of PASP concentration. The inhibitor efficiency Greaches as high as 76.65% with the PASP concentration of 1.0 g/ L. In PASP-SDS system, the maximum inhibition efficiency is found to be 78.66% when combining PASP and SDS at the same concent ration of 0.25 g / L; which indicates a positive synerg istic effect. This work also proves that the anode inhibit ion reaction contributes most to the inhibitive effect of PASP.
