杯芳烃-槲皮素超分子电化学探针测定苯二酚

Measurement on Hydroquinone by Calixarene-quercetin Supramolecular Electrochemical Probe

摘要:

研究了在pH5.75的B-R底液中杯芳烃-槲皮素体系的相互作用和电化学极谱行为.在2.5次微分极谱仪上槲皮素在-1.12 V(vs.SCE)处产生还原波,杯芳烃使其峰电位正移,峰电流增敏,加入苯二酚后体系的峰电流减小,故可利用杯芳烃-槲皮素形成的超分子作电化学探针测定苯二酚.研究了该探针的形成条件和影响因素,建立了测定苯二酚的新极谱方法.该方法线性范围为10-8~10-7,检测限为7.8×10-9mol/L.应用该法测定了废水中的苯二酚,结果令人满意.

Abstract:

Interaction and polarographic behavior of electrochemistry on calixarene-quercetin system are studied with B-R at pH5.75 as base solution.Reduction wave is generated at 2.5th order differential polarograph with quercetion on-1.12 V(vs.SCE),its peak potential shifts positively,and its peak current enhances sensitivity with the effect of calixarene,but the peak current decreases when hydroquinone is added to the system,so the supramolecular formed by using calixarene-quercetin can be used as probe to measure hydroquinone.The forming conditions and influencing factors of the probe are also studied,and the new method of polarography to measure hydroquinone is established.The linear range of the determination is 10-8~10-7 mol/L,and the detection limit is 7.8×10-9 mol/L.The result is a great satisfaction to measure hydroquinone in the waste water with the proposed method.
