混响室环境下小屏蔽体屏蔽效能的试验研究

Research on Testing the Shielding Effectiveness Measurement of Small Enclosures in Reverberation Chamber

摘要:

采用统计方法试验研究了混响室条件下小屏蔽体的屏蔽效能.为解决传统屏蔽效能定义方法存在的问题,提出了屏蔽效能的统计定义,建议采用平均屏蔽效能和最低屏蔽效能共同表示小屏蔽体的屏蔽特性.试验结果表明,采用统计定义后测量结果可以准确反映小屏蔽体的整体屏蔽特性,能有效指导相应电子器件的电磁屏蔽;测量数据稳定,5次测量数值最大偏差小于1 dB,变异系数小于0.032,具有较好的可重复性.

Abstract:

Regarding to the shortage of standard testing methods in measuring the shielding effectiveness(SE) of small enclosure within reverberation chamber,a new testing method of measuring the SE of small enclosures within reverberation chamber that based on the statistic methods and multi-points measurement is put forward.The tests consequences indicate that the statistical definition of SE can separate the enclosures which have different apertures.And the results can reflect the shielding ability of the enclosures exactly.The max electric-field intensity can be obtained by the min SE of the shielding box,which is the most important information for the shielding protection.The randomness of the testing result was reduced in wide range,the biggest deviation of the data in five different times is not larger than 1dB,and the variability coefficient is less than 0.032.
