Shot Noise in Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor/semiconductor Quantum Wires
摘要/Abstract
采用散射矩阵方法研究在电场、磁场作用下稀磁半导体/半导体量子线结构中自旋依赖的散粒噪声性质,揭示其中自旋噪声同外磁场、偏压、温度和体系的几何参数之间的依赖关系.研究发现,稀磁半导体/半导体量子线的噪声谱密度随外磁场的增加而显著减小.自旋向下电子的热噪声随温度变化近似线性增大,而自旋向上电子的热噪声随温度变化而呈现出振荡现象.自旋向下电子的散粒噪声谱,零温时随偏压变化而线性增加,而在低温时随偏压变化在小范围内呈现出振荡现象.
By using of the scattering-matrix method,spin-dependent shot noise characteristics in diluted magnetic semiconductor/semiconductor quantum wires in the presence of both external electric field and magnetic field have been investigated.The relationships among spin-dependent noise with magnetic field,electric field,temperature,and geometric parameters are revealed.The results indicate that the noise decreases with increase of the magnetic field.The thermal noise for spin-down electrons increases linearly with the temperature,while for spin-up electrons,it oscillates with the temperature.At zero temperature,the noise spectrum for spin-down electrons increases linearly with the voltage,however,at low temperature,it oscillates slightly.
